Our story

Our travel story actually began long before this blog… before our lovely children entered our lives, we were always on the move. Backpacks, a bit of chaos, and that excitement to discover whatever waited just around the corner. Traveling was our thing … our place to breathe, to be curious & to feel alive.
And then we had our three kids.
There’s this unspoken notion that everything had to change when kids arrive. But somehow, that never felt true for us. And though it’s not our culture, nomads travel the world their whole lives. So we just kept going. Different, of course. Slower at times. With more snacks, more breaks, and more unexpected moments and the surprising discoveries that follow. But also with more laughter, more closeness, more “Did you see that?!” moments, because through children’s eyes, the world becomes new all over again.
With this blog, we want to share exactly that:
That traveling as a family doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. That adventures don’t stop when kids arrive. That even on a lower budget, you can create incredible memories … nearby or far across the world.
